Brand characters for a musical instrument store
Muzzon sells musical instruments and equipment for those who play, record and perform. From beginner musicians to professional studios and stages. Muzzon operates in a category where it is important not only to know what to buy, but also who to trust: here, expertise, brand character and the feeling that you are dealing with people who understand music, not just selling goods, are valued.

We chose three meerkats as brand characters. This is fundamental: meerkats are not loners, they live in groups. Just like music — it’s always about interaction, ensemble, stage, team.


The three heroes are not just a ‘set of characters,’ but a system. They are as different as musical instruments and genres: in character, role, and mood. Together, they are perceived as a family, a gang, or a group, depending on the context. This gives the brand freedom: meerkats can easily transform from rock band members to support staff, from porters to Santa Claus or heroes of a seasonal campaign. The characters adapt to the task at hand and function as a universal language of visual communication.


Meerkats are naturally lively and energetic creatures. We enhanced this quality by making them more friendly and human-like: with expressive facial expressions, understandable emotions, and active interaction with each other and with the objects around them. Thanks to this, the characters easily ‘come to life’ in scenes, joking, working, helping, and engaging — not as static mascots, but as full-fledged brand heroes.
